LeadScore AI uses Claude to analyze each lead across 5 behavioral signals: Intent, Financial Readiness, Timeline Urgency, Engagement Quality, and Market Fit. Each signal is scored 0–20, giving a total score of 0–100 with detailed reasoning for every score.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never train AI models on your data, and all scoring happens in real-time — we don't store lead data longer than needed to generate your score and reports. You can delete your data at any time.
Every score is automatically screened against Fair Housing Act guidelines. Our system flags any scoring pattern that could discriminate based on protected classes (race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability). This runs on every single score, not as an afterthought.
Currently, you can upload leads via CSV or enter them manually. The Team plan (coming Q3) will include direct CRM integrations via Zapier and Make, plus an API for custom integrations.
